What to include when you message us

The email address on your TavernAPI account.
For billing, credit pack, or top-up issues: the approximate time, USD amount, or transaction hash / redeem code.
For API or preset errors: the model ID (e.g. gemini-4-argon), preset pack name, approximate time (UTC+8), and HTTP status code.
Never send your full sk-tav-... API key in an email, Telegram message, or Discord DM—the last 4 characters shown in the console are enough.
